How can I book my online appointment? To book yourself: Select your preferred date and time here . Once you have prepaid to secure your booking, you will receive instant email confirmation and a receipt of payment. Appointments are available on Sundays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.

What if I book an appointment and I change my mind or couldn't make it? If you can no longer make your appointment, you will need to provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. For late cancellations or non-attendance, the full appointment cost will still apply. If you are late arriving for your appointment, the time for the consultation will be reduced accordingly. Late arrivals more than 10 minutes after the appointment time will be treated as non-attendance. If you are joining your appointment from overseas, remember that all times are provided in Egypt time; it is your responsibility to check what time this corresponds to locally.

هل تقبلون عملاء التأمين؟ نحن نقبل العملاء حاليًا في العيادة فقط من خلال: ميد نت - ميد رايت - عاليكو كير - ون كير - ون هيلث - نقابة المهندسين - نقابة الصحفيين - نقابة الأطباء - نقابة الفلاحين - الشرطة - سفارة الإمارات - سفارة اليمن - الشركة العامة للبترول - مصر للطيران - البنك العربي الأمريكي - الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة.
ماذا لو حجزت موعدًا وتراجعت عنه أو لم أتمكن من الحضور؟ إذا لم تعد قادرًا على الحضور في موعدك، ستحتاج إلى تقديم إشعار قبل 48 ساعة على الأقل لتجنب رسوم الإلغاء. بالنسبة للإلغاءات المتأخرة أو عدم الحضور، سيتم تطبيق تكلفة الموعد بالكامل. إذا كنت متأخرًا عن موعدك، سيتم تقليل وقت الاستشارة وفقًا لذلك. سيتم معاملة التأخير بما يزيد عن 10 دقائق بأنه عدم حضور. إذا كنت تشارك في موعدك من خارج البلاد، فتذكر أن جميع الأوقات تقدم بتوقيت مصر؛ فمن مسؤوليتك التحقق من موافقة الوقت محلياً.
